Hi!
I´m Sarah. I enjoy art, yoga, and trying my hand at photography and blogging. The cute Venezuelan is David, my awesome husband. In our short 3 years of marriage, we have been blessed to serve in Latin America and experience things that have shaped and taught us much. We are now beginning a new chapter of our marriage and a new ministry in the US. As I stumble through life, I am thankful for God's love and grace, which sustains me each and every day.

 

Why "A Blank Canvas"? 

There are many situations in life that- through our own eyes- look completely hopeless.

Maybe it's a terminal illness.

Maybe it's a marriage or other relationship at the brink of ruin.

Maybe it's a drug addiction.

Maybe it's a culture shock or depression.

To our human eye, these things all look so very hopeless. But I believe that God sees these situations as a blank canvas, a clean slate, the perfect opportunity to create something truly beautiful. That doesn't mean He always "fixes" the situation in a way we might prefer, but He can use it for good. And He's the only one who can do it. I have witnessed it.
